Fundamentals of PROUT Ebook

$3.00

The philosophy of PROUT — the Progressive Utilization Theory — is based upon the development and progressive utilization of all physical, mental and spiritual potentialities, both individual and collective. This socioeconomic theory is based upon the assumption that each and every living being has potentiality — in physical, mental and spiritual spheres — and that a well-balanced society will promote the progressive enhancement of those potentialities on the individual and collective levels. A progressive theory of socioeconomic development will be based on the fundamental principle that all have physical, psychic and spiritual potentialities, and that they must be given opportunity, individually and collectively, to express that potentiality and to progress in its use.

A well-balanced society that is properly supporting its members will promote this progressive development. It will not suppress the development of any individual in any sphere. It is the birthright of each and every person to have the opportunity to pursue their physical, mental and spiritual development to the best of their capacity. This opportunity must be provided to all. That development of each person should be a progressive development and should be supported by the society. This is the core intent of PROUT’s approach to socioeconomic development.
